Ray Clarke, President
Ray joined Communications Construction Group in February 2007. His career began in Richmond, Va. in 1979 for Continental Cablevision. He has spent the last 28 years working all disciplines of outside plant construction, engineering and management. Mr. Clarke has a proven track record in the communications industry and held a number of leadership positions for various MSOs. His most recent was with Comcast as Director of Construction for California. He’s a member of the SCTE and is a strong advocate of training and customer service as key initiatives for successful organizations.
Mark Baiocchi , Principal Accounting Officer
Mark joined Communications Construction Group in June 2015 and assumed the role of Principal Accounting Officer. Mark also serves as the Principal Accounting Officer of White Mountain Cable Construction. In this position, Mark is responsible for overseeing our financial operations and related administrative services, including accounting, budgeting and forecasting, state tax, treasury, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing and customer payments. Prior to joining, Mark helped oversee the U.S. and international accounting operations as well as external financial reporting at QVC, Inc. from January 2012 until May 2015. Mark began his career providing audit and business advisory services to consumer and industrial products and services clients at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP from June 2005 to January 2012. Mark is a licensed CPA in the State of Pennsylvania and also holds a CGMA designation. Mark completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting and MBA from Philadelphia University.
Doug Deibert, Director of Safety
Doug joined Communication Construction Group in July 1997. He has been involved in Construction Safety for 14 years. Doug has been instrumental in developing successful industry specific training programs. He also has extensive knowledge of OSHA requirements and maintains a good working relationship with the organization. Doug holds certifications and affiliations with many organizations that involve Construction Safety.
John Gates, Director of Operations
John joined Communications Construction Group in 1986. John’s 29 years in the cable industry began as a CATV splicer and in 1992 was promoted to supervisor who was instrumental in the construction of multiple MSO’s throughout the 1990’s. John took on the role of Regional Manager in 2001 and was responsible for all field construction with multiple MSO’s in the tri-state area. In his new role as Director of Operations John oversees all aspects of construction; both underground and aerial, ISP and OSP for CCG.
Larry Radcliffe, Director of Engineering
Larry joined Communications Construction Group in June 2001, coming from the US Air Force with an extensive 12-year background in radio frequency electronics. Since that time, he has progressed from an engineering supervisor to his current role as Director of Engineering, in which he is intimately involved in many facets of CCG’s operations.
Lisa Clements, Director of Human Resources
Lisa joined Communications Construction Group, LLC in May 1999. She has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Lisa has been influential in moving towards employees being viewed as assets to the company, whose value is enhanced by further learning and development. Through her tenure with the company, she has developed human resource process and procedures to be more effective and efficient. In October 2012, Lisa was promoted to Director of Human Resources and took on the director role for Communications Construction Group, LLC and White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC. She was elected in July 2014 to be a part of Dycom Industries, Inc. Human Resource Council. Lisa graduated from Immaculata University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Lisa has been an active member of the Society of Human Resources and received recognition as an Executive Member of the Manchester’s Who’s Who Executive & Professional Registry.
